🔓 Allow Candidates to Cancel Interviews

This setting controls whether candidates can cancel interviews directly through their Guide portal.

  • When enabled, candidates will be able to cancel interviews from the portal, improving flexibility and reducing coordinator back-and-forth.

  • When disabled, cancelation requires manual intervention from the recruiting team.

Note: This setting only applies to interviews that were scheduled by your team. Self-scheduled interviews can always be canceled by candidates.

👥 Show Job Coordinator in the Hiring Team

This setting controls whether the job coordinator is shown to candidates as part of the hiring team within their portal.

  • When enabled, the coordinator’s name and profile will appear alongside interviewers in the portal’s “Your Interview Team” section.

  • When disabled, the coordinator will not be visible to candidates.

💡 This is useful when you want to maintain a more curated or minimal candidate-facing experience.

✅ Tips

  • If you’re using the candidate portal to foster transparency, enabling both toggles can improve trust and autonomy for candidates.

  • If your process is tightly managed or coordinator contact is not needed, keeping these toggles off ensures a cleaner, more focused portal.
