We’ve improved how interviewers are sorted in selection menus. By default, interviewers are now ranked by availability — with the most available at the top and those with red conflicts automatically pushed to the bottom. This helps recruiters quickly identify the best options when scheduling. As always, you can still search by name or email, which will switch the list to alphabetical sorting so you can easily find the specific person you’re looking for.
