We’ve made several small but meaningful updates to how scheduling activity shows up in candidate profiles and coordinator emails:

• 🧾 Interview Name in RSVP Activity: The candidate profile activity feed now includes the interview name for RSVP updates (e.g. declined, accepted), providing clearer context at a glance.

• ✅ More Reliable RSVP Logging: RSVP actions now consistently appear in the candidate profile. Previously, some updates were only visible by drilling into the interview.

• 🔁 Interview Name in Reschedule Task Activity: When a rescheduling task is created, the activity feed now includes the interview name if there’s only one, or a count if there are multiple.

• 📧 Improved Task Assignment Emails: Emails now specify if a task is a reschedule (vs. new scheduling), making coordinator notifications more actionable.

• 📝 Reschedule Reason Context in Emails: If a recruiter includes a note about why the interview needs to be rescheduled, that reason will now appear in the coordinator’s notification email.

These changes help coordinators and recruiters stay more informed — with fewer clicks.
