You can now set a different hiring manager for an individual candidate — without changing the default hiring manager for the job in Greenhouse. This is especially useful when multiple hiring managers are involved in hiring for the same role. Once updated, the selected hiring manager will automatically populate in interview scheduling workflows, custom tokens (like in email or calendar invite instructions), and anywhere else the hiring manager appears in Guide. The job-level hiring manager remains unchanged.
