We’ve expanded the list of cancellation reasons to support more granular tracking of interview reschedules and declines. Now, when canceling an interview, users are prompted to indicate:

• Whether the interview will need to be rescheduled

• A specific reason (e.g. candidate no-show, coordinator error, technical issue)

• Optional additional context

These improvements help teams analyze root causes behind scheduling changes and improve operational reporting.
