This feature allows you to draft a message, choose a send time (like “in 1 hour” or at a specific time), and let Guide handle the rest. Once scheduled, the email will display a countdown timer and automatically transition through “processing” and “sent” states. This update brings more flexibility and control to your candidate communication workflows. Schedule Send is available across most areas of the product, with full coverage rolling out shortly.
