Admins can now prevent interviewers from lowering their daily or weekly interview load limits — helping ensure sufficient scheduling capacity across the team.

With this setting enabled:

• Interviewers can increase or maintain their max interview load, but cannot decrease it on their own.

• Attempting to lower the limit will trigger a clear message prompting them to contact an admin.

• This restriction applies consistently across all interfaces where interviewers adjust availability.

To activate this control, head to Organization Settings and toggle on “Restrict interviewer load reductions.” It’s a great way to balance individual flexibility with broader scheduling coverage.
