You can now easily include the entire interview panel schedule in calendar invites — giving interviewers full visibility into the day’s flow without switching between tools.

How it works:

• One-Click in Custom Instructions: While creating or editing a calendar invite, click Insert Interview Schedule to automatically add a formatted version of the full interview panel.

• Template Support: Add the full panel schedule to your invite templates so it’s automatically included whenever that template is used.

This update helps interviewers prepare more effectively and provides context for the sequence and timing of all interviews in the panel.
