You can now create and manage multiple scheduling plans within the same interview stage for all Greenhouse customers. This unlocks much more flexibility when roles require different interview structures depending on scenario, candidate type, or hiring path—without needing to duplicate stages. Teams can define, compare, and select the right scheduling plan for the moment, making complex hiring workflows easier to support and faster to execute.

Alongside this, we’ve standardized language across the product by replacing “Interview plan template” with “Scheduling plan.” This change applies everywhere and better reflects how these plans are used in practice: as active, configurable scheduling logic rather than static templates.
