Previously, Guide could still surface these interviewers without clearly indicating that they were effectively unavailable, leading to confusion when candidates appeared to have “0 interviews” but were still suggested. This update ensures that a zero load truly means no scheduling availability, bringing more clarity and consistency to Smart Match and interviewer selection logic.
