We improved the rescheduling workflow by ensuring task notes remain consistent and informative. Now, anytime a reschedule task is created—whether manually by a user or automatically by Guide—the original task’s notes are carried forward and pre-populated. This preserves context, reduces redundant retyping, and helps teams maintain continuity when interviews need to be rescheduled.
