You can now generate job-specific booking links that automatically create candidates in your ATS when a meeting is booked — no manual entry required. This is perfect for sourcing calls or other early-stage touchpoints. When a candidate schedules using a job-specific link, Guide will automatically:

• Create the candidate in your ATS

• Place them in the selected job and stage

• Attach the scheduled interview with conferencing details

Recruiters can generate as many job-specific links as needed and choose between personal or ATS-connected links when sharing.

Note: To enable this feature, your Guide admin must update your Greenhouse Harvest API key with the POST: Add Candidate permission. Additional permissions will be needed for expanded functionality in the future.
