Support for confidential roles and private candidates is now live for all customers, bringing Guide in line with Greenhouse privacy controls. When enabled in Greenhouse, Guide will automatically respect those settings by hiding private candidates, roles, and requests based on user permissions — no behavior changes unless an org explicitly turns the setting on. This ensures sensitive searches stay truly confidential while maintaining a seamless experience for teams who don’t need the extra privacy layer.
