You can now define a specific ATS source for each job-specific booking link in Guide. This ensures that any candidate created via a booking link is automatically tagged with the correct source (e.g. “Outbound Sourcing,” “Referral,” “Guide Sourcing Link”) in your ATS — helping teams maintain accurate attribution for reporting and pipeline analysis.

Here’s what’s new:

• A new “Source” selector is available when creating or editing job-specific booking links.

• Guide supports paginated source search, so even orgs with hundreds of source options can find the right one.

• Selected sources are passed through to both Greenhouse and Ashby, where supported.

• The referrer is automatically set to the owner of the booking link.

Note: This is typically a one-time setup per job and is especially helpful for teams managing custom campaign links or tracking high-volume sourcing efforts.
