Users can now manually override their Zoom user email directly within their scheduling preferences. This is useful when a team member’s default Guide email differs from their Zoom account email — which can cause issues when generating meeting links.

• Users can edit the Zoom email override field themselves

• Admins can also update it on behalf of others

• Leaving the field blank will revert to the default email on file

This update ensures smoother video conferencing setup and fewer scheduling errors when Zoom credentials don’t match.
