You can now schedule debrief interviews automatically using Aria, Guide’s AI coordinator. After your main interview panel is scheduled, you can launch a debrief workflow to find the best time for all participants to meet — without adding the debrief as part of the original panel task.

Here’s what’s included:

• Schedule debriefs after interviews are confirmed — no need to include them in the original task.

• Select your candidate and choose the corresponding Greenhouse interview (e.g., “Debrief”).

• Customize duration, buffer time after the final interview, video conferencing, privacy settings, and whether to include interviewers from all previous stages.

• Aria will find the best time slot and send out invites automatically.

• Debriefs are not visible to candidates and can be edited just like any other interview.
